By booking this 4-Day Kruger Glamping Budget Safari, guests acknowledge that safari activities take place in wilderness areas where wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed and are subject to seasonal, environmental, and weather conditions. Accommodation is provided in safari glamping tents or equivalent accommodation of a similar standard where operational requirements necessitate a change. Itineraries, pickup times, routes, accommodation locations, and activity schedules may be adjusted without prior notice due to conservation regulations, weather conditions, road conditions, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before departure. Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point on time may result in forfeiture of the booking. Siyavaya Adventures reserves the right to substitute services with alternatives of equal or greater value when necessary. Standard cancellation, amendment, and refund policies as displayed at the time of booking shall apply.
