Terms and Conditions

• All guests are required to provide their full names, nationality, and passport or identification details where required for accommodation, transport, and access purposes.

• Pickup and drop-off services are available from OR Tambo International Airport and selected locations within Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria, Centurion, and Fourways, subject to prior arrangement.

• Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the agreed time. Delays may affect the itinerary and departure schedules.

• Accommodation is provided on a sharing basis unless a single supplement has been booked and confirmed.

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road conditions, conservation authority requirements, wildlife movements, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond the operator's control. Any changes will be replaced with suitable alternatives where possible.

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Kruger National Park is a natural wildlife environment, and animal movements are unpredictable.

• Guests are required to comply with all SANParks regulations and the instructions of guides, drivers, and lodge staff at all times.

• For safety reasons, guests may not leave vehicles during game drives except at designated and approved stopping points.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the tour.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel and participate in the activities included in the package.

• Any dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions, or mobility limitations must be communicated before arrival to allow reasonable accommodation where possible.

• Luggage space on transfer vehicles is limited. Guests are encouraged to travel with one standard suitcase and one item of hand luggage per person.

• The operator reserves the right to substitute accommodation with a property of a similar standard should operational circumstances require it.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal belongings, and travel interruptions is strongly recommended.

• Consumption of alcohol is not permitted during game drives or while travelling in transfer vehicles unless specifically authorised by the operator.

• Guests acknowledge that they are visiting wildlife areas where encounters with wild animals may occur and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and reserve authorities.

• By participating in the tour, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all applicable South African laws, park regulations, and safety requirements.
