By booking this 2-Day Kruger National Park Safari, guests acknowledge that this is a scheduled package tour operating according to fixed departure times and a predetermined itinerary. Guests are solely responsible for being at the designated pickup location at the specified time, and no refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will be provided for missed pickups, late arrivals, missed shuttle departures, missed activities, or unused portions of the tour. The itinerary, accommodation, routes, activity times, pickup arrangements, and safari schedules may be amended without prior notice due to weather conditions, road conditions, conservation regulations, operational requirements, vehicle availability, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond the control of Siyavaya Adventures. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and may vary according to seasonal conditions, weather, animal movements, and park management activities. Accommodation may be substituted with accommodation of a similar or higher standard where operationally necessary. Guests must provide accurate personal information, emergency contact details, dietary requirements, and any medical, mobility, or special needs requirements at the time of booking. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and must comply with all instructions provided by guides, drivers, accommodation providers, park authorities, and other service providers. Siyavaya Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, unlawful, or likely to negatively affect the experience of other guests, without refund. Luggage and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest at all times. Siyavaya Adventures shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, missed connections, additional expenses, force majeure events, government actions, border restrictions, natural disasters, wildlife incidents, strikes, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, load shedding, supplier failures, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Cancellation, amendment, and refund requests shall be subject to the booking platform's published policies and the applicable supplier terms in force at the time of booking.
