Enjoy a relaxing one-hour cruise on Da Gama Dam at Kruger Island Resort, near Hazyview. Take in the views from the water with your partner, family or friends, whether you are staying at the resort or visiting for the day.
The experience includes a scenic cruise with a qualified boat operator. Required safety equipment is provided before departure.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Location: Kruger Island Resort, Da Gama Dam
Food and drinks are not included. Guests may purchase refreshments from the resort bar or order from the restaurant to take on board. Cooler boxes from outside are not permitted.
Departure times depend on availability and weather conditions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

WhenThe Kruger Island Resort Express Boat Cruise is available daily, subject to advance booking, boat availability, suitable weather and safe water conditions. Preferred departure times can be requested during the booking process. Your final departure time will be confirmed by Kruger Island Resort after your booking has been received.
WhereThe Express Boat Cruise starts and ends at the designated boat jetty at Kruger Island Resort, near Hazyview, Mpumalanga. Please check in at the resort reception at least 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.
WeatherThis activity operates in suitable weather and safe water conditions. Boat cruises may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled in the event of heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, poor visibility or any conditions considered unsafe by the boat operator. Guests will be advised of any weather-related changes as soon as possible.
What to WearWear comfortable, casual clothing suitable for being outdoors on the water. Flat, secure, non-slip shoes are recommended for safe boarding and movement on the boat. Bring a light jacket or windbreaker, as it can become cooler and breezier on the water, particularly during early-morning, late-afternoon and winter cruises.

Guests or SpectatorsPlease arrive at the Kruger Island Resort reception at least 15 minutes before the confirmed departure time. All guests must wear the life jacket provided for the duration of the cruise. Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. The boat operator may decline boarding where a guest appears intoxicated or does not comply with safety instructions. Guests participate at their own risk and may be required to complete an indemnity form before departure. Please inform us in advance of mobility limitations, medical conditions, pregnancy or any special requirements that may affect safe participation. Cruise routes and duration may vary slightly according to weather, water levels and operational conditions.

Please arrive at Kruger Island Resort at least 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.
Departure times are confirmed upon booking and may be adjusted due to weather, water conditions or operational requirements.
The cruise is weather dependent. Should conditions be unsafe, the activity may be postponed or rescheduled.
Life jackets are compulsory and are provided for all guests.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Please bring sun protection, a hat, sunglasses, a light jacket and a camera or mobile phone.
Guests should wear comfortable clothing and flat, non-slip shoes.
No outside food or alcohol may be brought onto the resort or boat. Meals and beverages can be purchased from the resort, subject to availability.
Guests must follow the boat operator’s safety instructions at all times.
The activity is not recommended for guests who are unable to safely enter and exit the boat without assistance; please notify us in advance if assistance or special arrangements are required.
