Service Terms and Conditions

Bookings and payment: Advance booking is required. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and availability has been confirmed.

Arrival and departure: Guests must arrive at Kruger Island Resort by 3:30 p.m. for check-in and boarding. The cruise operates from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Late arrival may result in missing the cruise, as departure cannot be delayed.

Included champagne: The cruise includes a bottle of champagne as specified in your booking. Additional champagne, beers, soft drinks, bottled water and food are charged separately.

Outside food and drinks: Outside food, alcohol and cooler boxes are not permitted. Food and additional beverages may be purchased from the resort’s restaurant and bar before boarding.

Weather and safety: The cruise is subject to suitable weather and safe water conditions. The skipper may delay, shorten or cancel the cruise if conditions become unsafe. If the operator cancels before departure, guests will be offered a rescheduled cruise or a refund for the cancelled service.

Guest conduct: Guests must follow all boarding procedures and the skipper’s safety instructions, including wearing life jackets when instructed. Boarding may be refused where intoxication or behaviour presents a safety risk.

Children and alcohol: Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult. Champagne will only be served to guests aged 18 or older.

Boarding assistance: Please disclose any mobility limitations or assistance requirements when booking so that suitable arrangements can be assessed in advance.

Cancellations and changes: Guest cancellations, booking amendments and missed departures are subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. For bookings through a third-party platform, the applicable booking terms will govern.

Personal belongings: Guests should keep phones, cameras and other valuables secure and protected from water.

Sunset views: Sunset visibility depends on weather conditions and cloud cover and cannot be guaranteed.
