1. Booking and Payment

Reservations for the shuttle service are required in advance. To book your spot, call Sky Hotel Sandton's reception team
Payment for the shuttle service may be due at the time of booking or upon arrival at the hotel, . Please confirm the payment method with the reception team.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time will be subject to a cancellation fee of [amount or percentage].
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of service or for no-shows.
3. Luggage

The shuttle service has limitations on the number and size of suitcases you can bring. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us reception team regarding specific luggage restrictions.
Any additional baggage fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Pick-up will be at Sky Hotel Sandton's main entrance at the designated time of your reservation. Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
Drop-off will be at Lanseria Airport's designated passenger pick-up and drop-off zone.
5. Schedule and Delays

While Siyavaya Adventures strives to maintain the advertised schedule, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, mechanical issues, or adverse weather conditions.
Siyaya Adventures is not liable for missed flights or connections due to delays.
6. Liability

Siyaya Adventures is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the shuttle service unless caused by the company or its drivers' proven negligence.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents and arrive at the pick-up location on time.
Siyavaya Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety threat to themselves or others.
7. Modifications

Siyavaya Adventures reserves the right to modify the schedule, pricing, or other terms and conditions without prior notice. For the latest information, we recommend checking the website or contacting Sky Hotel Sandton.
8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from using the Siyavaya Adventures shuttle service will be subject to South Africa's laws.
