During this period, the driver will only search the immediate pick-up area for any missing clients, but will not contact booking agents or clients to track down any missing individuals. Please be aware that it is solely the responsibility of the clients to arrive on time, and failure to do so will result in the client being marked as a NO SHOW according to our Terms and Conditions, regardless of the reason.
