Our daily shuttle service ensures safe and reliable transportation between the two destinations. During the journey, two stops are made at comfortable locations where passengers can use the restroom and purchase refreshments. This is a shared shuttle service, not a private transfer.
Each passenger is permitted to carry one large luggage bag not exceeding 15kg and a small luggage bag not exceeding 5kg, with a total weight limit of 20kg. The driver reserves the right to refuse any luggage that does not comply with the abovementioned requirements.

Please note that all Kruger Shuttle clients must arrive at their selected pick-up location 15 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time stated above for both verification and loading purposes. During this period, the driver will only search the immediate pick-up area for any missing clients, but will not contact booking agents or clients to track down any missing individuals. Please be aware that it is solely the responsibility of the clients to arrive on time, and failure to do so will result in the client being marked as a NO SHOW according to our Terms and Conditions, regardless of the reason.
